Why Bestari AI

What makes the difference

Small cohorts by design

Each programme runs with a limited number of participants so that mentors can engage with your actual code and questions, not a generic audience.

Malaysian business context

Projects and case studies are drawn from real scenarios relevant to Malaysian industries — retail, finance, logistics, and public services.

Lifetime access to recordings

Session recordings are yours to keep. Come back to a concept weeks after the cohort ends without paying again or losing your place.

Weekly live clinics

Open sessions where you bring specific questions about the week's material. No set script — mentors respond to what participants actually need.

Portfolio you can show

Every programme ends with a project built under guidance. You leave with something tangible that demonstrates what you can do in a real setting.

Responsible AI emphasis

Advanced tracks include deployment considerations and responsible practices — not as an afterthought, but woven through the technical content.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need prior coding experience to join?
The Foundations of AI with Python programme is designed for those new to code — you need to be comfortable using a computer but no previous programming knowledge is required. The two advanced programmes do assume some Python familiarity, and we are happy to advise which starting point makes sense for you.
How much time should I set aside each week?
Most participants manage well with around six to eight hours per week — a mix of watching recorded lessons, working through exercises, and attending the optional live clinic. The live clinics are recorded if you cannot attend, so the schedule accommodates shift workers and those with family commitments.
Are the programmes fully online?
Yes, all learning happens online. Recorded lessons are available to watch at your own pace, live clinics run on video call, and mentor feedback on your exercises is delivered in writing through the course platform. You do not need to travel to Kuala Lumpur to take part.
What does a mentor actually do?
Mentors review your submitted exercises and leave written comments on your code — not just correctness, but also style and maintainability. They run the weekly live clinics and are available via the discussion channel for specific questions. Their role is to respond to where you actually are, not to deliver a script.
How is payment handled?
Fees are in Malaysian Ringgit. We accept online bank transfer and major debit or credit cards. Payment is typically made before the cohort begins, and we can discuss installment arrangements for the higher-level programmes — just ask when you enquire.
Will I receive a certificate when I finish?
Each programme ends with a completion acknowledgement from Bestari AI. More practically, you finish with a portfolio project — actual work you built under guidance — that you can discuss directly with employers or clients, which tends to carry more weight than a certificate alone.
Is my personal data kept private?
Your information is used only to administer your enrolment and communicate about your programme. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
