By visiting the Website or enrolling in a Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Malaysia to enrol in our Programmes. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Bestari AI delivers online AI development programmes to learners based in Malaysia and elsewhere. Our current programmes are:

• Foundations of AI with Python (8 weeks, RM 950)
• Applied Machine Learning Engineering (12 weeks, RM 1,450)
• Deep Learning and Neural Networks (14 weeks, RM 1,850)

Programme content, pricing, and schedules may change between cohorts. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled learners with reasonable notice before their cohort begins.

We aim to make programmes available to all learners who complete enrolment, but reserve the right to postpone or cancel a cohort if minimum enrolment is not met. In such cases, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

Enrolment in a Programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. You will receive confirmation details via the email address provided at registration.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity associated with your account. Please notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Enrolment is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your access credentials or allow another person to attend sessions or access materials in your name.

Programme completion certificates, where issued, are awarded on satisfactory completion of all required milestones and assessments. Certificates reflect your participation and the skills you demonstrated; they are not academic qualifications.

All content on this Website and within our Programmes — including lesson text, video recordings, code examples, exercises, slides, and design materials — belongs to Bestari AI or its content partners and is protected by applicable copyright law.

When you enrol, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Programme content for your own learning. This licence does not permit sharing, selling, or republishing any content.

Portfolio projects and code you write yourself during a Programme remain your own work. We may, with your permission, reference your project as an example of learner work for our own promotional materials.

Our Programmes are provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent quality and schedule, but we do not make any specific claims about employment outcomes, salary changes, or career results following completion.

Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, prior experience, and study habits. We aim to provide a thorough, well-supported experience, but we cannot take responsibility for results that depend on factors outside our control.

Course materials reflect the state of the field at the time of writing. Artificial intelligence is a fast-moving discipline, and some content may become dated. We update materials periodically, but we do not make representations about completeness or currency for every learner's specific use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Bestari AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Programme giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of anticipated earnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

You may withdraw from a Programme at any time by notifying us in writing. Refunds are subject to the schedule in Section 7.

We may suspend or terminate your access to a Programme if you breach these Terms — for example, by sharing access credentials, distributing course materials, or engaging in conduct harmful to other participants. In serious cases, termination may occur without prior notice.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to discuss the matter. Many concerns can be resolved through direct dialogue, and we commit to reviewing all complaints fairly and promptly.

If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, either party may pursue their rights through the appropriate Malaysian legal channels, including the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia for qualifying consumer disputes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were last made. For significant changes affecting enrolled learners, we will send notification to the email address on record with reasonable advance notice.

Continued use of our Website or participation in a Programme after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, please contact us and we will discuss your situation.
